SHIPPING POLICY

 When placing an order please allow 1-2 business days for the item to ship during which customer can email us to cancel the order.

For refunds customer will be refunded to same from of payment used please allow 1-2 days for the refund to be processed.

Products can be refunded for a full refund in new and unused condition if item has a defect please email customer service for additional instructions. 

If you would like to initiate a return please email your name order number along with reason for a return. Allow 1-2 days for a response usually customer service will respond within 24 hours.

For returns depending on issue customer will be provided with a return label with instructions please drop item off at USPS there are no restocking fees Thank you.
